Yes! We offer COD for orders up to ₹5,000. A small convenience fee of ₹49 applies for COD orders. Prepaid orders enjoy free shipping on orders above ₹999.

You can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us on WhatsApp or email. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

We deliver pan-India! Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, etc.) receive orders in 3-5 business days. Other cities and towns take 5-7 business days. Remote areas may take up to 10 days.

Shipping is FREE on all prepaid orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies. COD orders have an additional ₹49 convenience fee.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or not as described. Please share photos of the issue on WhatsApp and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product. The amount is credited back to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are sent via bank transfer.

For the first burn, let the wax melt all the way to the edges (about 2-3 hours). This prevents tunneling. Always trim the wick to 5mm before each burn. Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

Our soy and coconut wax candles use non-toxic ingredients. However, we recommend keeping candles out of reach of pets and ensuring good ventilation. Avoid using essential oil candles around birds.

Absolutely! Once your candle is finished, clean the jar with warm soapy water. Our glass jars make great planters, makeup brush holders, or storage containers. We love seeing how our customers repurpose them!

Our candles are 100% handpoured using premium soy/coconut wax (not paraffin), infused with real essential oils (not synthetic fragrances), and use lead-free cotton wicks. Every candle is made in small batches with love and attention to detail.
